IVR call transfer is not passing the UUI data


We have setup CTI IVR for our application on CPM framework. While doing a call transfer on an incoming call, the UUI (user to user information) is not being passed to the new interaction case created on the transferred user portal. On the workpage and CTI logs we are seeing an error message like "Error found converting IVR UUI format: {"userOldCallId":"838"}"

Here is a snapshot of the application data on the transferred/new interaction.


Can someone please help in us in resolving this issue, as we are expecting the UUI data to be represented on the transferred interaction as well.
