Accepted Solution Posted: 2 years agoSushantSamuel PEGA replied to Kashif_MinhajThis could happen due to multiple mail jars in the classpath or the extracted files directory not having the read/write/execute privileges . Check the extracted files/baseloader which will be available in path mapped to -Djava.io.tmpdir. Share the screenprint of the jars present and verify read/write/execute filesystem. If the unix/linux environment ensure that read/write/execute filesystem permissions to the PRPC Temp dir/sub-directories for the user. if the issue still persists, let us know the Pega Version and share the complete stacktrace from the PegaRules.log.
