PeernotAuthenticated exception will involves multiple issues. To get to know the exact cause, need to add below JVM argument while startup and get the server logs. There ssl handshake information will print.
@KishoreKumarM3328 - I agree with 'pylaa' here: the SSL DEBUG logs will show the picture more clearly; trouble-is the SSL debug logs are very verbose; so I think you need to find out more about the requirements of the endpoint in question here.

You need to get somebody who can tell you this for sure - 2-way SSL implies approximately twice the complexity needed for configuration. (You need two Certificates, two keypairs etc. : one on server, one on client).
Have you got an example of another (non-prpc) client that IS able to use this remote endpoint ?
Perhaps even just a browser ? (Can you point your browser at the endpoint ? Do you get any Certificate errors/ warning in that situation ?)
