Normally if certain version is not supported, we would point it out in the platform guide. Are they experiencing any issues with EAP 6.2.1 or is this just a general question? Posted: 4 years agoMarije_GCS PEGA replied to KevinZheng_GCSHi Kevin, thanks for your input. I don't think the customer is experiencing any issues, they just asked the question, although I will check with them. Posted: 4 years agoSTEWS PEGA replied to Marije_GCSIn the 7.2 Platform support Guide, as shown above, JBoss version 6.2.x is supported. That covers 6.2.0, 6.2.1, 6.2.2, and other 6.2 versions.Susan Posted: 4 years agoNicholasLoving replied to STEWSSo, it sounds like it is NOT supported for 7.1.7 as 6.2.X is not specified for that release. Posted: 4 years agoMarije_GCS PEGA replied to STEWSSusan Stewart as Nick points out, please see the version for which I was asking clarification. The customer is on 7.1.7 and 6.2.x is not listed. Can I take it from that that 6.2.1 is therefore NOT supported for 7.1.7? Accepted Solution Posted: 4 years agoSTEWS PEGA replied to Marije_GCSThat is correct.
