In the above screen when you click on drop down are you seeing any projects from jira? Do you see any log errors when you click on begin integration? or do a trace of begin integration and share the tracer and log details. I was facing the just the same issue. url is correct which why there were no issue in the first step. But Credentials you have given might not correct.
