There is not a key logging option in Pega Robotics. What is the use-case for capturing specific keys? Perhaps there is another solution such as adding a key listener to a web element or capturing an event in Pega Robotics that occurs alongside or as a result of the keypress.
The application is related to banking so when customers want to do any transactions through card then user card will validate by Pin. So, teller will verify the card using F8 key and it will display a popup to read the card number and so on. Based on action in the popup, I will decide whether I need to capture the data? If the popup is displayed it means teller pressed F8 key only (application behaviour and the keys are standard). So, in the automation I am checking the popup window is created condition to proceed further. Is it correct?
Let me know other solution as you mentioned key listener and key press.
With any approach the application performance should not degrade, please provide any suggestions with my approach in terms of performance.
