As per my understanding Kibana is only for logs and it doesn't maintain any broken process information. You can have a look into the PDC documentation and explore its options which might help you to get your required information. The basic information of PDC can be explored over here.
PDC does not receive any notification if items move to 'broken process' state, therefore PDC can not provide notification. I do see the need / value for a process to check queues and notify administrators on a timely basis. I could see this being delivered using an AESRemote agent to periodically check queue tables for items in broken process state or in 'now processing' for more than an hour and sending this information to PDC to record as an operations alert, triggering a 'queue problems' scorecard for anyone subscribing.
