Knowledge management in CPM 7.13

Hi All,

My customer want to know the Knowledge management in New Pega CPM 7.1.3.

Back Ground: My application existing  in Pega 6.3, we have successfully upgraded to Pega 7.1.8 on top of CPM 7.1.3.Now Customer want now the feature in my application.

We tried to implemented this, w created contents and Knowledge content association as per CPM 7.1.3 implementation guide from PDN. But it's not working.

Can any one help me how to implement Knowledge management in Pega 7.8 on top of CPM7.1.3
