Las step of this activity "AddAttachmentFromMail" is linkobjects. You can configure Listener, Service Email and activity : pyCreateAndManageWorkFromEmail to process emails with attachments. You can see that attachments of type file will have pyCategory as null. we no longer have this requirement Hence I customized the activity.
