Listener Hangs but not notify to Pega Admin

Hi All,

Listener hangs in production but not know untail users complains that they do not see any cases.

Is there any way we can get to know(through email or Alert) as soon as listener hangs.

I do not see any alerts or exceptions in the logs.

is there any OOTB features that can be used to get alerts or emails for this purpose
