The files get parsed and sent to DB. Some changes were made to the Listener in Prod. The changes were saved and then the listener was restarted so changes could take effect. But now the files (XML/CSV) are no longer getting picked up by listener. The same changes were made in dev, to include restart of listener and it works fine. Enable the debugger on following class and attach the logs com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.file.RuleServiceFile to ALL com.pega.pegarules.storage.DirectoryPollingWatcher to ALL com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.file.FileListener to ALL com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.listener.ListenerStateImpl to ALL Disable the loggers once you tested the use case else it will flood the logs. Also check if any error is there before enabling logs.
