locate 'WorkUnlock'
Would you please help me locate 'WorkUnlock'? I tried to locate in the list of OOB activities but did not find it.

I just tried that and it worked, so I'm curious why it didn't work for you. Here's what I did:
1) Chose "records" in left margin of developer portal
2) Chose "technical > activities"
3) Applied the filter "WorkUnlock" to the name column

You can find the activity workUnlock in Work- or Work-Cover- classes in Pega-ProcessEngine ruleset .
This activity is used/called to release the lock on the WO held by any requestor.
