Is the reason to move it to the top because agent can see complete 360 view of the customer ?And is there any option to expand the Knowledge base to full screen. Whereas in 7.x versions, knowledge base is configured on header. We can see the article in full screen by clicking on the popout icon, which opens in a new window. Similarly you can also configure to open knowledge base in a new window.
