Hi, I am completing a Pega course with Vodafone. When I click to open the cloud instance and select the url to open it I am faced with a log-in screen. My details are not being recognised and cannot go any further. I have reset my password. Can you help? Thanks. Alan.
I have now found that you have to use the user name and password as specified in the guide. MarketingAnalyst@PegaMktGSP & rules but still it does not work. Have the username and passwords been altered? Thanks, Alan.
In Pega Marketing Consultant 7.4 course, you have to import an EnvironmentSetup file before each exercise before you can log-in to the system. The details are in the exercise itself. Can you confirm you have followed this step?
