Log in screen breaks after Pega Platform upgrade

Hi,

I have just upgraded Pega Platform 7.4 in my local machine to Pega Platform 8.21 following upgrade manual. After upgrade, I am able to log in and things seem to be working fine, but log in screen breaks as below.

I have deleted entire files under temp directory including old Extract Marker file (PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt) to refresh the system, however this issue is not resolved. Why is this happening? Should I truncate cache tables? If so, cache tables varies per version but which ones exactly? Or if there is anything I should do after upgrade, please let me know.
