But for some column, like pymemo of PC_LINK_ATTACHMENT, I can enter long value (more than column defined byte) when I attached long name file, because PRPC cutoff the value to maximum data size of the column.
Is there any definition in PRPC to cutoff long value before DB commit?
What is the difference between above 2 tables?
Thanks in Advance

I am not really sure of the difference in the tables. One way to make sure the string contains the required number of characters is by using the OOTB "sub-string" function and trimming the extra characters away.
Alternatively you can also use validation to check the number of characters entered, and prompt the user to enter only specific number of characters.
