I would suggest you to write your issue to the PDN by choosing "Resolve a problem with my account" and the respective category for your problem in order to report your issue with the certification missing in your PDN account, so that they can help you on this.

I no longer have access to the email address associated with my certification If your certification is associated with an email address that you cannot access (no longer exists, forgotten, etc.), then you must update the certification record with Pearson Vue.
In most cases, this can be done directly on Pearson's website; some updates, however, may require that you contact their support team. After the change is made, it can take up to 7 days for the updates to be visible in your Pega Transcript.
