When you use Configure -> Application -> Distribution -> Import, select local file "04_FSGEmail_Solution_2.zip", then click the "Show content details" button you will see a Case Type rule in both versions of the FSGEmail ruleset.
When you log in as Admin@FSG you would be in the FSG application.
You want to switch to the FSGEMail application after importing.
You can update the Admin@FSG to include the FSGEmailAdmin:Solution2 Access Group.
When you imported the FSGEmail RAP, did you use "Granular Mode" which allows Operator records to be overwritten by an import?
