Mail box test connectivity failing

Hi All Trying to perform Test connectivity in Prod getting the following error. Can anyone suggest on the issue?

Hi Bhargavesh,

I would suggest you to check in the log file for the error stack trace to get more information about this issue as this screenshots specify the generic message to user. Also you can try to enable the logger classes to get more information.

Hope this information might help you to investigate further.
