Can you help me in knowing the significance of the below Malformed Cookie exception. This is being seen during the External Service Call from our Pega Application.
Exception Class : com.pega.apache.commons.httpclient.cookie.MalformedCookieException
Exception Message : Domain attribute ".YYY.com" violates RFC 2109: host minus domain may not contain any dots
We are neither seeing this exception in Pega Logs nor Tracer. But the 3rd Party Monitoring Tool - Dynatrace flagging the above exception. Also, due to the above exception there is no impact to the functionality, service calls are successful.
As I can see some exception is coming from postverifycustomerucid activity which is calling the REST service. Did you add the truststore/keystore in your rest connector rule? If not then pls try adding it and check the result. We have very limited data in PDN around this issue and we have to solve this using hit-trial method at this moment.
