Many nodes usually show unavailable or sometime nodes are not show until restarted monitored nodes.
I have problem with AES 7.2.1 . I have monitored nodes 8 nodes but It's show only 3 nodes.
Many nodes usually show unavailable or sometime nodes are not show until restarted monitored nodes. I already check AES'agents are running everynodes and push alert and exception to AES server. Then I already run D_ReachableNodes, It's not reload disappear node to AES.
Please verify whether SOAP health messages are reaching to AES or not.Additionally you can run monitorindicators activity manually.Please check pegarules logs If there is any error related to AES/AES agents.

As per our discussion in the SR, the reported behavior is working fine after performing the below steps.
1) Run the Activity "MonitorIndicators" manually
2) Open the Clipboard, go to thread "Quiesce Management" thread, go to Data Pages for Node and open "D_ReachableNodes.ReachableNodes". Here we should find all the nodes with value yes. if not, please flush the data page
3) Login to the specific node and open the Service package "PegaAESRemote" and give "Service Access group" as "AESRemote" and click on "Refresh methods" button.
