In my collection application, there ia a marketing offer with handoff shape. During one of the offer execution the hand off shape failed and so the offer status was also set to failed. Now this offer is not getting resumed even if expiration time has passed due to the previous failed status. The question is that what all options does marketing framework has to retry or resume the failed offer?
Anything similar to broken queue processing which can be requeued?

In that case why is there a mechanism to mark the status as Failed? If there is a process to mark it as failed then ideally there should be a way to put them back in execution. I agree that ideally there should not be any exception but realistically there is always a possibility of failure and so there should be an option to retry.
