Currently, Mashup supports running only on single thread in Pega. For example the below mashup script always runs on STANDARD thread.
If I want the mashup to support showing multiple work object threads is it possible? Basically, what I am asking is Mashup should support the entire Pega portal session with all features and functionalities of the user portal.
We are working on Pega 7.3.1. We have CS Framework where we have multiple Service Task to perform parallel.
When I tried through Interaction Portal, I can able to get it. But when I try through Mashup , Only one task is available at the moment. If I try to create a new Service task, the Old task is overrided with the new task in the screen.
This will properly initialize and display the default end user portal for user logging in. Our end user portal requires a lot of space to display properly. It will of course resize but give us enough space so the end users can use it properly.
More on data-pega-threadname.:
You can dynamically set this value at run time so that you can use actions like openAssignment to display multiple work objects at a time in the same top level UI.
There is data binding available so you can dynamically set most parameter values.
If you using something like JSP or ASP in your top level application you can also dynamically set the threadname in your code there. This above is just an example of how you can do it with our data binding.
