But when we try to send Chinese messages, it shows question mark(?) on the custormers' cellphones. Kindly please advise it.Thanks in advance! Based on our checking, out pega system has been set as UTF-8 already. And we also searched and checked the post you given, which is for Chinese character storing to database, but our issue is to send SMS with Chinese characters. Please kindly advise more.
