Posted: 1 year agoMitchell PEGA replied to NagaP232Check the OfficeVersion in the RuntimeConfig.xml from the %appdata%\OpenSpan directory. This file doesn't get updated automatically when you upgrade to a new version. Posted: 1 year agoNagaP232 Polisetti replied to MitchellYes OfficeVersion is already set to 2016. Any other things i need to check ? Accepted Solution Posted: 1 year agoMitchell PEGA replied to NagaP232In the install directory, can you check what version of the OpenSpan.Office.dll that is there? The version should match with the office version (Office2016). Refer to my screenshot for reference on where to look. Posted: 1 year agoNagaP232 Polisetti replied to MitchellI have replaced these DLLs already from Office 2016 folder. But did not work earlier. Now, i'm not getting this error after replacing them again. May be earlier it was not replaced properly. Thank you for your help.
