I assume you mean if there are any pega's tools to convert pega rulebase in Oracle to SQL Server. I do not think we have something like that built-in. Can you elaborate, though, what is your specific scenario and what prompted your to ask this question? What version of PRPC you are talking about here?
It is possible to migrate data from Oracle DB to Microsoft SQL Server through SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio). Through SSM studio you can connect to client oracle server and move the data from oracle to MS SQL server, this will take care of data conversion to make it compatible in SQL server database.
I hope this will help you. Check about this and let me know if this is what you expected or anything else.
Have a look at below link, this may give you an idea
I work with Jeremy. Our client is looking to get off of Oracle and onto SQL Server. We were wondering if there was a specific PEGA tool (products like Oracle Financials and SAP have their own migration tools). We are on version 7.16.
I have recently learned that there is not a PEGA application-specific tool available to migrate from an Oracle DB to a SQL Server DB. Apparently a new installation is required, followed by an import of the data and business rules. Has anybody successfully performed this task?

We did the reverse migration from SQL Server to Oracle and what we learned that other than few syntax and data type mismatch, things goes well. MS is much more forgiving than oracle while we look for syntax i.e. Upper case and lower case etc. The work and data migration should be straight forward but you need to work on the connect-sql or any other place where you have hand written code.
