Mobile App Login Issue

Hi,

when i login as user with mobile app i get error "Unable to access server-Login process failed"

my access group setting is uncheck Enable offline support, because i use Report Definition on my inbox not DataPage

but when i login as Administrator also with access group setting is uncheck Enable offline support that is no issue

anyone can help?

I'm using PRPC 7.3
