This was customised to call a html with close icon. Scnerio 2 : in some scenarios , the modal pop up is called which is pzDisplayModalDialog from Pega UI design @ basedclass (This is FINAL rule) do we know what instances this is called ? why the pyModaltemplate is not called ? IN View Profile Send Message Yathender PEGA replied to RanjithkumarC One of the rules where pyModalTemplate is called is in the pyCaseManager Navigation rule under notifications => actions tab pyModalTemplate is used. When we use Local Action for click event it takes pzDisplayModalDialog by default. In both the cases there is an option to use your own ModalDialog template instead of using OOTB templates pyModalTemplate or pzDisplayModalDialog.
