We've experienced a slowdown in the performance of our Pega Marketing application recently. Campaigns are now running longer than usual. Any tips on how to pinpoint the cause of the slowdown? Not sure what tools we can use. We'd like to see which process is taking long when a campaign runs.

Hi, You can use data flow tools in the DSM data flow landing page to see the component specific performance of your runs. You can correlate the work object program run id's to look up the data flow runs. Some areas to suspect are
1. How big the interaction history database has grown ? you probably need to think archive of old data in the IH tables.
2. Check if any missing or broken index in any of the customer tables that is causing it etc.,
