I have setup MQ server in Pega 6.2 and provided HostName, PortNumber and Channel name. When I then click on test connectivity Pega picks up my login id and I get Good as status. Same thing I am doing with Pega 7.3 now and when I click on Test Connectivity I am getting below error :
Could not connect to MQ server located at 10.59.151.61
MQJE001: Completion Code '2', Reason '2035'. - Incorrect username or password.
HTTP status code
Establish initial context for MQ server
When I explicitly mention my id in the username then only it works in Pega 7.3
Could you please help?

Yes you are right. But my concern is, like Pega 6.2 why Pega 7.3 is not picking up my login id directly. I have authorized my id on MQ Server. I have to explicitly mention my id in the UserId field of MQ Server rule of 7.3 in order to get this picked, whereas in Pega 6.2 my id is being picked by default. Is Pega 7.3 having pre-configured generic id that is being picked or UserId is mandatory in the MQ Server Rule?
