Multiple Cases Opened and Automation to update
I have requirement to trigger the automation from case in Pega Application and automation open another web application and create a ticket. The ticket number is to copied back in Case in Pega application. When copying back the ticket number to Pega application, its not working as there are multiple cases opened. The automation is having difficulty to find the control of the respective case. Automation is not working as same controls of different cases.
Have anyone has faced this issue?
