Multiple S- Cases creation via OOTB Email Channels (Pega 8.3)

Do we have a solution for the below requirement with regards to Auto Case Creation from Email Channel?

When Pega scans email body to identify potential references via NLP (i.e. transaction reference), if more than one reference number is found within email body, an S- Case is to be generated for each separate Ref Number.

Each S- Case mentioned above, must establish Parent-Child relationship with one parent I- Case.
