So our Pega Platform has been upgraded to 8.5, and when I follow the steps from link below to try to upgrade NBA designer to V2, I got stuck at step 13 where there is no 'Upgrade' button available. Screenshot attached. Has anyone run into the same issue before?
In case if the system is not on legacy mode, you are logged in as Administrator and if you were using NBA Designer earlier, please check if you have all the below things set as needed
Please double check that the MKTEnableNBADversion2Upgrade dynamic system setting is properly configured exactly as the guide suggests (capitalization, spelling, ruleset, value, etc), just to check that box.
Presuming that check outs, it suggests one of two things may be happening from the technical side of the scenario:
Your operator may not have sufficient privileges to manage NBA Designer. It would be helpful to confirm that the HasPrivilegeToManage When rule in the Rule-PegaMKT-NBA class would return true for your operator. Put slightly differently, at least one role on your Access Group should have the "CanManageNBA" privilege.
Somehow the MKTUpgradeToNBADVersion2InProgressNBA dynamic system setting may be set to "true" when it shouldn't be. This would also prevent the button from appearing as anticipated.

@bands1 Thanks a lot Deepak. Most likely it's because my operator doesn't have sufficient privileges as it was created through LDAP and most people got assigned a BusinessDeveloper role rather than an Admin role. I am currently going through the process to get admin access, will update here once I get the privilege.
@LIKAN103 Yes, your operator either has to be based on the Administrator role or Marketing Manager role in order to initiate an upgrade for NBA Designer. One other point to be noted here is that the current version (NBA version 1) is deprecated and you cannot use it to make any changes going forward (in future releases). We strongly recommend upgrading to NBA version 2 in case you are planning to utilize NBA Designer features.

'MKTUpgradeToNBADVersion2InProgressNBA' is false
P.S. there was an error when we try to run the campaign post-upgrade, so there is a possible upgrade issue and there is an outstanding ticket with Pega support to get it resolved. The ticket number is: INC-171515
