NBAD DF_ProcessOffer in 8.5.x has a Filter called "PersistResults"
Hi, trying to get my campaign execution to persist my results to IH, Strategies are vending SR's, but are getting filtered out by this Filter shape in the Data Flow. It refers to an attribute .pzOfferConfig.pzPersistResults. Where are these values getting set? I thought initially it was from the Planning Start Date/End Date date range, thinking not to persist results if you still in planning mode. This looks not to be true. Can someone point me to the place this value gets set from? "View References" not helping much to track this down.

This behavior seems to be because you are probably doing some customization by directly calling DF_ProcessOffer. Is that so ?
We would highly discourage you directly calling DF_ProcessOffer in any of your custom dataflows.
Do you see this behavior in an outbound run that you have started through the Customer Decision Hub / Pega Marketing portal ?
Please test with that.
If there are strong reasons for you to do customization, please post here what functional use case was not addressed by the OOTB product. And engage Pega support if need be.

@Sriram Krishnan Hi, so we did no customization to this flow. The underlying issue was with a 8.5.x recent upgrade. It seemed that did not go well, and the decision data that drives the Pega Marketing Portal "Next Best Action -> Designer -> Gear Icon" Next best action designer settings was missing. So the "Test Mode" option that was there normally, didnt appear because of no underlying decision data. This "Test Mode" setting seems to be the source of pzPersistResults flag. Since it didnt exist and was not being set, and it is known in PRPC a null value == false :) That is why this filter was kicking in. This was a symptom of a bigger issue than just a localized problem
