once user submit the request we are creating work object and routing to 3 users using split for each. if none of the user takes any action, we need to auto reject the work object after 10 days. for this we Using SLA on assignment. in SLA we are calling activity and sending mail. this is working fine and we are using OOTB activity Updatestatus for changing the status in work- Class table.
but in Assign- worklist table, status is remaining the same, even though SLA is completed successfully.
we tried with ResumeFlow in SLA and Forcecaseclose activity also. but it is not removing the cases from Assign workList table.
If you are using Advance Flow/Resume Flow, the system should have finished the current assignment. Also, are you using any circumstanced SLAs on assignment and probably leaving some of the assignments open?
Alternatively, if you want to resolve the case maybe you can configure pxChangeStage activity on SLA to go to resolve/reject stage and perform clean up of all open assignments.
