Our application provides only services for external applications. It is only used for the Pega Skill Based routing logic. We are filling up the Pega sizing estimate document. We are unable to understand how the below factors effect such kind of a BRE environment. Question: Is there any document / article which best describes the below metrics? Expected User (requestor) Clipboard size If this application is a Multitenant solution, how many tenants? Will this application leverage High Availability?
