Need to hide Interaction case from customer service framework
For the CS framework Interaction case will be created by default. But for my requirement I need to create service case with the help of data which I will be getting from other system. Can anyone please let me know how can I implement this without affecting the cs framework?
No, I case will be created as it is in the CS framework but I need to hide it. Two s-cases will be created depending on the data coming from the other system. The interaction part is already done in the other system and from that system CSR will launch cancel or renew the connection and this will launch two s-cases in pega.
