Need official response on availability of MS Outlook plugin for Pega Integration
Customer is requesting for an official response on the availability of MS Outlook plugin for Pega Integration that could allow user to create a case from within Outlook.
For example, upon reading some emails, the user might decide, based on the content of the email, to create a complaint case. In such a scenario, while reading the email, the user will click a Pega button, which would present a dialog, with the email attached and data populated. And upon filing in other information, able to click Create to create the case within Pega.
The customer has license for CS 7.2.2 on top of PRPC 7.2.2. I have explored SFA, but it does not do exactly this.
So is there an OOTB component to accomplish this?
