I'm getting an error on pr_read_from_stream due to a column in the report that's being retrieved from pzPVStream.
<PZ__>** There was a problem getting a list: code: 6522 SQLState: S1000 Message: A .NET Framework error occurred during execution of user-defined routine or aggregate "pr_read_from_stream":
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Based on a support article, the solution is to regenerate the UDF. However, when I tried to search on how to install UDF, I could only see one that's for version 7.1.7.
Can someone please help me on how I can regenerate the UDF for version 6.2 SP2 with MS SQL Server DB?
Also, any idea how I can get a copy of the original installation media? As the group of Devs that did the upgrade are no longer employed, I don't know where they stored the installation media.
1. Can you please ask your DBA to manually recompile the “pr_read_from_stream” in the MS SQL Databse Server? If DBA is unable to recompile then an alternate option would be to drop the following UDFs from the MS SQL Server DB –
After the above UDFs are dropped successfully, re-execute the “mssql_udf_install_6.2SP2.sql” script provided with the PRPC62sp2 installation media. Ensure that the UDFs are created successfully and under the appropriate PRPC schema. Try executing the same report and let us know the outcome.
2. If it doesn't solves the issue, Please run the attached sql file to drop and recreate the UDF files. It requires authority to install external routines and make functions.
3. You need to raise a support request for requesting media file on My Support Portal (MSP).
