New Service Request is creating everytime when we reopen the Interaction Case from Mycases

New Service Request is creating everytime when we reopen the Interaction Case from Mycase

reproduceble steps :

1.login.

2.open new interaction .

3.go to Mycases , click on the open interaction case again .Interaction is reopening but the New Service Request is reopening .
