I am using Pega Platform 8.3.3.
I have the following questions on Next Best Action and Decision Hub
1.Next Best Action feature in 8.3, is it available as a part of the customer service installation or does it require Decisioning Hub to be installed ? In that case does it need licensing separately?
2. In Pega 8.3, Pega Decision Hub was not a separate framework but the features were included in Pega Marketing Framework? Is that understanding correct?
3. My understanding is that for Pega Platform 8.3.3 , Pega Customer Service 8.3 or preceding versions are applicable.
What about Pega Decision Hub? Which versions of Pega Decision Hub would be compatible?

A. The Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next-Best-Action Designer are licensed and installed separately from Pega Customer Service.
Q. In Pega 8.3, Pega Decision Hub was not a separate framework but the features were included in Pega Marketing Framework? Is that understanding correct?
A. Pega Marketing and CDH contained the same physical media (install files) but the campaign feature was disabled in the CDH version.
Q. My understanding is that for Pega Platform 8.3.3 , Pega Customer Service 8.3 or preceding versions are applicable.
A. Pega CDH is required to be on the same major platform version, ie Pega Platform 8.3.3 requires CDH/PM 8.3, Pega Platform 8.4 requires CDH/PM 8.4, etc
