Latest occurrence analyst did not have save button on proposition filter assigned to CR.
Persisted over logging in and out.
Resolution was to click different instance accessed on bottom of Recents explorer on Marketing Portal sidebar.
Encouraged analyst to use close button for future and not just navigate off by clicking other menu items
Hypothesis of cause: Once the analyst opened prop filter in Mktg portal from CR landing page and did not physically use close button, opening the rule again from landing page did not open the version checked out to the CR (branch)
I have faced that issue. I did not see save button on proposition filter. then I realized that, I did not added which rules which are already defined on proposition filter in CR. I added it worked, but just for customer class, I have another class analytics It did not work even though class definitions are same.
Can you evaluate issue via this perspective ?, Your corrected answer did not work for me.
As a result, when you want to update proposition filter, you should add when rules also.
