Hello,
I'm following the course on Google Chrome and all the videos are mute. Please fix the issue.
I am having the same issue. None of the videos are playing any sound. I don't have the issue outside of Pega.
Faced with a muted video, I think you can simply use a video volume booster to fix it. Like me, I have ever used such a tool called Joyoshare Media Cutter to fix my muted video.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue. Video issues are almost always a local issue caused by your browser and/or network configuration.
There are currently hundreds of users on Pega Academy and we have received no other related SRs for this issue nor are we experiencing any system issues.
Were videos working for you previous to this point in time?
