Video issues are almost always a local issue caused by your browser and/or network configuration. There are currently hundreds of users on Pega Academy and we have received no other related SRs for this issue nor are we experiencing any system issues. Were videos working for you previous to this point in time? Some additional questions to assist with troubleshooting: Which lessons, by name, are impacted in the Business Architect Essentials course? Can the issue be replicated across other courses with Pega Academy? Can the issue be replicated across other browsers on the same system? Can the issue be replicated on a different network? Can the issue be replicated on a colleague’s system with the same account? Can the issue be replicated on a colleague’s system using their own account? Can you play video from other Pega sites (eg. Community or Pega.com)? Can you play video from non-Pega sites? Typically, you need to work with your IT department to get to the bottom of such issues but please share your findings and we’ll do what we can to help.
