Is it possible to see the standard error about login failed always? US View Profile Send Message KurtW_GCS PEGA replied to bruet Hi, While I don't know off hand what drives the display of the normal authentication error vs the one you see on the third try, you might be able to trace the unauthenticated requestor as it tries to log in and compare the 3rd try vs the 1st or 2nd try. Owning Ruleset: Pega-Engine Setting Purpose: authentication/maxLoginAttemptsCount For example: Give the value as "6" and exception screen is displayed only after the sixth consecutive invalid login attempt.
