Not able to add a new activity to the exsisting Agent
We have an Agent that has 3 activities running currently. Saved the rule to a higher version and added the new agent activity. But when checking in the rule the changes are not seen but the check in comments are recorded in the memo. It is a standard agent (tried Advanced also, same result). Added the Access Group mentioned in the Security tab is added to my operator id. How to handle this?

On saving I do not see any errors. When checking in also there are no errors, but the new activity added is removed and gets checked in. Not sure if there is any lock placed, not to add any activity for security reasons. Or how to research further.
I tried tracing and found that when adding the agent activity and save it, the new line item (new activity) is not added to the future queue items. But it is seen in the rule UI. This is confusing and not able to follow. Please can any one help me with this.
I see that on click of the Append row, nothing is happening. And hence on Save, the pyFutureQueues is not getting updated. But the reason why the Append row is not working is not known. We are using 7.1.6 version
As per the SR, we were requested to downgrade the IE version and as we need to under go certain procedure, we are still waiting for our system downgrade. Once we get it, we will get back if we face any issues.
