Not able to Create Assistance Request Case Type (System Architect Essentials)
Hello
Good morning! I am trying to login into practice exercise in System Architect Essentials training and creating a case type Assistance request and getting an error "it's already exists" but not able to see any case types in my session. Can you please help me to resolve this issue? I am also attaching the screen shot of the same.

Can you try using different name and create the case type?
I guess you already created the case type and deleted it and trying to create the same again.
Navigate to Dev Studio => App => see available classes , if Assistance Request is present under Work class the case type is not deleted properly.
