Access to My Software is limited to users who have the ability to create support requests in My Support Portal. Someone from our Accounts Support Team will reach out to you directly to address your specific access issue.
The latest Pega Platform™ Personal Edition is available to all clients and partners. If you are registered on Pega Community with a service provider e-mail domain (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), you will not have access to Personal Edition, or licensed software.
Your profile here shows you are logged against 'BACS' yet we also see that the email for '@MaruthiV' is logged against another company name.
Please log into your My Pega profile and edit to remove any invalid email from profile so that you can determine you are registered as per your Support contact administrator details.
Therefore please discuss with the SCA which email you are using for your profile and check that it is affiliated against a licensed company. You need to be affliliated with an account/organization that is our client or partner.
Please update your account to use your company email address.
