Not able to load the application

Hi,

I am not able to load the POC application. I have been using the POC application for a while now, but once I tried creating new application, and since then, I have been not able to login to any application with any Operator ID. Not even with Administrator@pega.com. Login screen is displayed, but, when I submit after entering the (correct) credentials, just the header is shown with (complete) blank screen.

I can't restart the server as I am unaware of the details to do so.
