The image in the post is not rendering correctly. Perhaps you can try uploading it again. What have you attempted so far? How was your SOAP Connector made? Did you attempt to use the SOAP Wizard? If the schema provided to the SOAP Wizard was correct, you should not have too many issues mapping requests/responses.
