Not able to retrive data from Pega 7.2.2 Clipd board userpages(except pyWorkpage) to Open span studio through robot activity

we have a requirement to do RDA with PRPC 7.2.2 application and an openspan studio. I have created robot activity in open span studio and called from pega application flow action post processing (Load robot post processing) . I am able to make /IsAvailable Rest service call from Pega to openspan during runtime . we are able to send the data which is on pyWorkPage of particular Case but not the data which is on userpages. but i could see all the properties with balnk values in IsAvailable service call API . now the question is can anyone let me know how to read the clipboard userpages data using robot activity .

What API call are you making manually to retrieve the text? I'd like to try recreating on my side to see exactly what you mean.
I am thinking the REST calls for Robot Activity is not implemented to access those properties. One idea might be to make a REST service call manually to the PRPC through code in the automation to get that data if you can't do it out-of-the-box.
let me explain in simple , I have created a robot activity to fetch the data from Clipboard page(user page not pyWorkPage) of a work object . but I am not able to retrieve the data on to openspan though connectivity is happening between pega application and openspan studio.
if you want to recreate the same scenario just create data type with 2 records and do a obj open by handle get the the data on user page (not on to pyWOrkpage) try to send the same data from userpage to openspan studio through robot activity .
API that iam referring is there should be a call when robot activivty is calling from Flow action, in the backend there will be an API which will invoke to have connectivity between PEGA application and Openspan runtime studio. /IsAvailable( if you want to see full API url just click on f12 once robot activity invoked from flowaction in pega application.
You could only access the Case data model (properties defined on the case rule form) from RobotActivity. So, the only way you could transfer data to and fro is to use properties mentioned in the case rule form as a temporary holder for actual clipboard properties.
Raised an SR for this issue and got to know that the data which on user pages and not under pyWorkPage can not be send to Openspan by a robot activity . Any of the case data that needs to be sent to Openspan studio by robot activity should be either on or under pyworkpage or need to use properties mentioned in the case rule form as a temporary holder for actual clipboard properties.
